Dhanesh is Passionate Agile practitioner with 20+ years of industry experience who is enabling large strategic Agile Transformation initiatives with distributed teams (including offshore teams with multiple locations). He works closely with senior leadership and program/portfolio stakeholders with empathic people based approach to make the change more acceptable at all levels. He is SAFe Program Consultant (SPC5) and imparts trainings for all involved in transformation followed by mentoring, coaching to prepare them to adopt new way of working voluntarily. A Trust builder who believes in giving autonomy to teams/individual to help them grow and become high performing teams/individuals. Active contributor to agile community by participating in Agile CoE, community meetups etc.
