I am an astute HR professional, GrowMore certified Coach and a Theatre artist with around 14 years of progressive experience in HR. I have worked with Service and Manufacturing Industry both and served in the various domain of HR covering full employee life cycle. I have also been appointed as a “Mentor of change” under Niti Ayog’s the “Atal Innovation Mission” on a pro-bono basis by Government of India. As an appointed Mentor of Change, I spend 1 – 2 hours every week in one or more such labs and enable students to experience, learn and practice future skills. During my coaching journey I have finished around 80 hours where I have coached Individuals, academicians and professional for their personal and professional development. My expertise lies in Life coaching however my wide experience has enabled me to help professionals in discovering their hidden potential. My 14 years of experience in HR has helped me to solve various problem of the Organization which ranged from solving complexed Union issue to devise a leadership development program. I have built a Talent Development department from scratch in two organization and initiated various HR intervention in my previous and current assignments.
