This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we get to know each other. I'll learn about where you are in your career, what's been holding you back, and what you're hoping to achieve. At the same time, you'll get a feel for how I work, my style, and whether my approach resonates with you.

Because the best coaching relationships are built on the right fit — for both of us.

What to expect:

• A warm, judgment-free conversation (not an interview!)
• Space for you to ask me anything about my coaching style
• Honest clarity on whether we're the right match to move forward together

If we both feel the spark, we'll talk about next steps. If not, that's perfectly okay too — I'll point you in the right direction.
