My day job is that of a Senior Agile Coach in Agile Transformation Office of a top 10 US bank where I help teams and leaders organize and streamline efforts. My coaching approach is to listen and help you align your thoughts, beliefs, purpose and energy so that you can create and acheive goals that provide the greatest meaning for you.
