Hi! I am an accredited ACC, ICF (International Coaching Federation) Coach. I have been coaching and counselling for 8+ years and in this journey so far have served 30000+ clients from India, UAE, UK, USA, Netherlands, Singapore etc. Having worked with multiple sectors like Telecom, IT, ITes, Startups, Ed-techs, Schools and NGO'S, my forte lies in helping clients create an impactful Executive presence - helping them Choose, Change, Refresh and Reboot career, leadership, business and life choices. From K-12 segment to CEO'S, CXO's, CTO's, Engineers, Managers, I have had an opportunity to be able to coach towards better career choices, career development, building strategies for career specific goals, soft skills, personal branding and partner in their growth journey. Domain wise I have coached clients from Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Software Development, Computer Science. K-12 segment I have coached High School ( Grade 9 -12) helping students and parents make sustainable , best-fit stream selection, career choices and college admissions. I have conducted workshops and webinars on Career Coaching, NEP, Personal branding, Soft skills etc. In my previous avtaar, I have spent a decade in building positive Customer experience and Engagement with various domains like telecom, startups, IT/ITes, Schools, NGO's. The common thread in my 15+ years has been people - the pain they go through as customers, the ears they look for to hear them, and a heart with empathy to provide them with the best-fit solution. I discovered Coaching/Counselling right at the beginning of my career - the skills of being a mindful listener, empathy, observing from a neutral position, and helping bring change in policies, frameworks, processes, or product of the organization so that the value of the vision and mission is aligned with that of a customer. Academically, I have pursued Post Graduate diploma in Counselling. I also hold Green Belt in Career Counselling, Certification in Storytelling as a tool in Coaching and am a Certified DiSC Trainer.
