About me
I am an experienced Product Leader at Upwork, currently focused on scaling Enterprise offerings to enable large organizations to connect with skilled freelance talent efficiently. Over my 15+ year career, I've led cross-functional product teams across B2B SaaS companies, including Workday, Autodesk, and VMware. My background is in driving product strategy, roadmaps, and agile delivery processes for enterprise solutions. Outside of work, I enjoy pushing myself physically through marathon running and spending quality time adventuring with my wonderful family.
- Anil Gorti is an exceptional mentor and coach, offering detailed, tailored feedback and valuable, productive sessions with insightful guidance.
