Equity firms, Warburg Pincus as part of their acquisition of ISGN to Sagent Lending in the US and Encora in India. Prior to that helped in the divestiture of ISGN Solutions (BPO) to Sourcepoint Mortgage Also assisted a MarTech SaaS Startup to Execute on a BAU framework that included driving a great culture, building systems and processes, rationalising headcount and building a steady talent pipeline. Amidst this mandate assisted the company to navigate the global pandemic and changing operating models, talent challenges and global business headwinds while significantly reducing monthly burn and increasing the company's runway. Currently appointed as Executive Director and Country Head for UK's OneSavings Bank's Global Capability Center (GCC). I provide leadership steer to a workforce of close to 1000 staff thru two delivery centers in Blr and Hyd, India.
