I am a construction management and building technology professional with a strong interest in improving how construction projects are planned, executed, and monitored on site. My work focuses on enhancing material and resource efficiency by developing optimized workflows, standardized practices, and technology-driven management systems. I am particularly driven to identify and eliminate non–value-added activities that lead to time, cost, and quality inefficiencies in construction projects.
