I'm a humane, pragmatic, and passionate Agile Kanban Coach, Trainer & Consultant who helps improve peoples' work and organizations' services. I have started my Agile journey in 2006. Agile has become my passion so swiftly. As part of Agile exploration, I obtained my Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credential in 2008, followed by CSP, KMP, PSM I, and continued knowledge. Kanban Method for knowledge works excited me incredibly, and I am an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT). My Agile journey thrills from a Scrum Team member to Scrum Master to Agile Project Manager to Agile Trainer, Agile Coach, Agile Consultant, and Kanban Trainer. I am extensively using various facilitation and techniques in my training, workshops, and coaching from Management 3.0, Training From the Back of the Room (TBR), Liberating Structures, LEGO facilitation, Visual facilitation, and others. My Agile experience since 2006 moduled me a lot in my Agile and Kanban journey. It helps a lot in the Agile transformation journey with my clients and organizations globally to accelerate their delivery and agility. Speaking on Agile gives me ample opportunity to share and gain knowledge. As a Speaker, I delivered a few speeches at conferences and other platforms. Actively running a meetup group called 'Agile Kerala.' We share knowledge on Agile, Scrum, Kanban & Liberating Structures in our region through this meetup group.
