As a holder of a PhD in Interaction Design and an MSc in the same discipline, my journey in UX design has been both rigorous and rewarding. My professional trajectory has led me to collaborate closely with renowned brands such as Unilever, VISA, ATP, Unicef where I've gained invaluable insights into the complexity of user-centric design. In addition to my corporate endeavors, I've established the first design school in Romania (RomaniaInteractionLab), aimed at nurturing the next generation of design innovators. Through this venture, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of mentorship and tailored education in shaping talents into industry-ready professionals. In the past 3 years I offered trainings for over 200+ design practitioners. Currently, I serve as the Country Head of Design at one of the world's largest outsourcing companies, where I oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and lead a team of 50+ exceptional designers. This role not only allows me to stay at the forefront of industry trends but also provides me with a platform to advocate for the importance of design in driving business success.
