I'm an emergency physician with nearly a decade of post-training experience, shaped by work at some of the country’s most intense clinical environments—including Harvard’s Level 1 trauma centers (Mass General, Brigham & Women’s) and gritty, high-volume community ERs.

But my path wasn’t always elite. I started from humble beginnings at UC Santa Cruz and climbed my way to Harvard Emergency Medicine residency through hard work, hustle, and a deep passion for patient care. I haven't forgotten what it's like to be overwhelmed, under-supported, and trying to survive med school, residency, and the chaos of the hospital.

I'm laid-back, unpretentious, and here to make you better. I’ll give you sharp, practical clinical frameworks to handle any chief complaint, but I also coach you through the human side of medicine—interpersonal dynamics, stress management, imposter syndrome, dealing with difficult attendings or staff, and finding your voice in chaotic settings.

Think of this as mentorship meets clinical coaching. We’ll talk shop (yes, I’ll teach you how to manage undifferentiated shock or a crashing airway like a boss), but we’ll also focus on keeping your sanity, confidence, and curiosity alive.
