BIOGRAPHY Christina Lovelock is the co-author of the BCS book Delivering Business Analysis: The BA Service Handbook, which shares insights and findings from research into Business Analysis, practical guidance for BA leaders and case studies from across the professional community. She is active in the BA professional community, attending and regularly speaking at events in the Yorkshire region as well as national and international conferences. She has contributed to digital transformation and continuous improvement in several public sector organisations at a local and national level. These include Local Authority social care and the NHS. At NHS Digital she led a practice of over 100 Business Analysts at various levels, who were supporting national IT projects. She holds the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, was a BCS Oral Examiner for the International Diploma in Business Analysis and is a director of the national BA Manager Forum. She is committed to the development of the BA profession, has introduced entry level BA roles into her organisations and chaired the development of the UK National BA Apprenticeship standard. Christina led the BA Service and Solution Architecture team at the University of Leeds for 5 years, and established clear career paths in both disciplines.
