🌟I am a Sales Mentor & Inspirer, community nurturer, and lifelong learner with three decades of expertise in building and scaling inspired sales teams. 💛To put it simply, I love selling and my purpose is to inspire people, especially women, to love selling too. 🌟I started my career as a medical representative with Johnson & Johnson and learnt the basics of great selling there. Made calls at 11 p.m sometimes wading through knee deep water in Mumbai rains. I learnt all I know about selling in those first few crazy, fulfilling years. 🌟I went on to do my Master's in Management and lead sales teams in India's largest banks towards phenomenal sales success. 🌟During my career spanning three decades in Sales leadership roles, I worked with some of India's largest Banks like Kotak & ICICI. 🌟I found very few women pro actively choosing and remaining in Sales roles to achieve leadership positions.
