I am also a certified IELTS Trainer and a proficient data analyst, curriculum designer, and content developer. My mission is to help individuals and organizations achieve their potential and goals by providing them with evidence-based, practical, and customized solutions and interventions. I have published multiple research papers on topics related to HR, OB, and leadership, and I have conducted several workshops, seminars, and training programs for diverse audiences.
