Ph.D. with current research interests in image processing, domain adaptation in computer vision and biometrics. Contributed to uplifting iris recognition performance for identification (a.k.a one-to-many) in NIST-IREX-10 submission (ranked 2nd in the world for single-eye accuracy and 4th in two eye accuracy (out of 14 vendors and 28 participating SDKs) (as of May, 2023). During my Ph.D., I worked on designing and developing machine learning and computer vision-based solutions to solve problems in behavioral biometrics (keystroke dynamics), and bias in face recognition. Earlier research interests involved designing localization algorithms for IoT, biomedical engineering, and geo-hazards.
