Chiara Longhi is a globally recognized keynote speaker, consultant, and expert in Product, Business Development, and Go-To-Market strategies. Currently, she leads Innovation programs for strategic Enterprise customers at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where she partners with executive leaders to develop, scale, and launch innovative products and services by introducing them to a unique customer-centric innovation approach. Beyond her core role, Chiara is also an Amazon Bar Raiser, and has interviewed close to 400 candidates since joining the company. She is extremely passionate about compassionate leadership and emotional intelligence, and has recently certified as an official Innovation and Emotional Intelligence Evangelist at Amazon. Chiara has mentored over 150 individuals in the areas of personal branding and career coaching, and trained thousands across Europe, the United States, and Asia-Pacific in the topics of innovation, product and EQ. Before AWS, Chiara was part of the launching teams for both Amazon Australia and Amazon Singapore between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, she was based in Hong Kong with LinkedIn, driving the business expansion across Japan and Korea. Her career in tech began at AOL after earning her Economics degree from Bocconi University. Chiara also holds a Master’s degree from New York University and was selected as a member of the Rare by Google Leadership cohort. In 2021 she graduated from the InnerMBA program at NYU. Chiara's achievements extend beyond her corporate work. She has been recognized as one of "The 10 Most Empowering Women in Business to Watch in 2023" and was a finalist for the "Australian Female Business Award" for her consulting firm, The Moonshot Company. Her work has been featured by numerous national and international media outlets.
