Hi, I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Christ (Deemed to be University), and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Delhi. I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through emotional challenges and guiding them toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity in their lives. My approach to counselling is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and non-judgment. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood, allowing them to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behavioural patterns at their own pace. Over the course of my professional journey, I have gained diverse experience working across NGOs, rehabilitation settings, private organizations, and schools. These varied environments have enriched my understanding of mental health across different age groups and social contexts, enabling me to adapt my approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. In addition to my counselling practice, I am actively involved in academic and career guidance for psychology students. I have worked closely with students from Class 11–12, Bachelor’s and Master’s levels, helping them navigate psychology as a field. This includes guidance on career pathways, entrance exam preparation, choosing specialisations, and planning research trajectories.
