I am a graduate in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a graduate in history from Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. Currently HRBP for about 450 employees in Product, Engineering, Design and Fintech streams in Flipkart. Previously led Learning and Development, Employee Engagement & Diversity &Inclusion in Agri Business Division of ITC and anchored the role of HR Business Partner of Channel Operations & Bulk Commodities across four main branches for over 500 employees. I am a certified trainer and coach and have designed and executed solutions in the following areas - Onboarding, Communication & Alignment, Online Learning, Gamification, Instruction Design, Microlearning, Bite-Sized Learning, Facilitation. Employee Recognition and Employee Engagement. I enjoy painting, reading, baking and cycling beyond work and am an ardent Formula 1 follower.
