Whiteboarding: 3 sessions

Session 1: Baseline Assessment

Solve a whiteboarding challenge independently, just like in a real interview. I'll observe your problem-solving approach, communication, prioritisation, and product thinking. The final 10 minutes are dedicated to detailed feedback, identifying strengths, gaps, and introducing a structured framework to improve your performance.

Session 2: Framework Application

Tackle a new design challenge while applying the framework and feedback from Session 1. We'll focus on building stronger structure, clearer thinking, and more effective storytelling under interview conditions.

Session 3: Advanced Systems Thinking

Work through a complex product design problem that requires systems thinking, trade-off analysis, stakeholder considerations, and strategic decision-making. You'll learn how to approach the kinds of ambiguous challenges often seen in senior-level interviews.
