🎯 Career Guidance for Developers with Chetan Nada

Confused about your next career move? Not sure what to learn, which direction to take, or how to move from where you are today to where you want to be?

In this 1:1 session, we'll look at your current experience, interests, goals, and challenges and work together to create a practical direction for your career.

I've personally worked across Frontend, Full-Stack Development, Open Source, and AI Application Development, so I can share practical perspectives on navigating these different stages of a developer career.

💬 What We Can Discuss

• 🧭 Career Direction — understanding your options and choosing what to prioritize
• 🚀 Career Growth — identifying skills and experiences that can help you move forward
• 🤖 Moving into AI — understanding how to start building AI applications with your existing development skills
• 🧑‍💻 Frontend → Full Stack — planning your transition and identifying skill gaps
• 🔄 Career Transition — creating a realistic plan for changing your technical direction
• 📚 Learning Roadmap — deciding what to learn and, equally importantly, what not to prioritize
• 💼 Job Switching — preparing for your next opportunity and thinking through your options
• 🏗️ Project Strategy — choosing projects that strengthen your skills and portfolio
• 🌐 Open Source & Personal Brand — building visibility and demonstrating your expertise

🎯 What You'll Get

During the session, we'll:

1. Understand where you are today
2. Discuss where you want to go
3. Identify the gaps between your current and desired position
4. Prioritize the skills and experiences worth focusing on
5. Create practical next steps based on your goals

There isn't a universal career roadmap. Your background, goals, interests, and available time all matter.

My goal is to help you think through your options clearly and leave with a practical direction you can act on.

You choose the destination. I'll help you map the next steps. 🚀

If you're unsure about your next move or want a second perspective on your developer career, let's figure it out together.
