The conviction came from nearly 30 years across Tata Group, Accenture, Oracle, Wipro, Société Générale, and Siemens, building global capability centers, scaling digital platforms, and leading transformation through disruption. Across engineering, product, and leadership roles, one pattern kept showing up; most growth challenges are structural and human at the same time.
