Currently, as a Manager - Compliance Operations with Amazon India Development Centre Pvt Ltd, my role is to manage a team of 25-30 individual contributors who are responsible to review claims submitted by buyers and sellers from EU5, MENA, NA and APAC MPs for any fraudulent transactions. My core KRAs are to maintain SLA, Quality, Utilization, Productivity and SLA for my team.
