Chef Rose Jain is a culinary professional, pastry chef, food consultant and educator , entrepreneur and content creator with experience across culinary education, hospitality, product development, R&D and the food business.
She is an IHM Pusa, Delhi alumna and a Culinary Institute of America alumna, with additional education in Nutrition from NHCA, Singapore. Her professional journey has included working alongside ex-Michelin chefs and at leading restaurants, as well as experience in culinary education, food product development and consulting.
Rose is also the founder of La Rosetta, a boutique patisserie, and has worked with food and beverage brands on product development, culinary innovation and content.
Through her 1:1 Food Career Counselling sessions, Rose brings an industry-led and practical perspective to aspiring chefs, bakers, pastry professionals and students. Her goal is to help them understand their options, identify the right direction, and make informed decisions about what to study, where to study, which career path to pursue, and how to build a successful career in the food industry.
