About me
Hello!
I am the Service Design Principal at the Canadian Digital Service (CDS), part of the Federal Government of Canada, where I support and complement the skills of various government agencies to deliver better services to the public.
Before joining CDS, I was the Design Research Lead for Government Health and Human Services products in IBM Watson Health. Working from various locations (Dublin, Cambridge MA, and Montréal), I helped Watson Health develop meaningful experiences in the Healthcare and Human Services sector using user-centred design coupled with artificial intelligence.
As a User Research Lead, I built the practice of user researching the team, coordinated and participated in user research led in North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Africa and Oceania that positively impacted the design of multi-million dollar solutions touching more than 165M people across the globe, across 30+ government entities.
After studies in Architecture, Industrial Design and Human-Computer Interactions, I completed a Master’s degree in Service Design at the Royal College of Art in London. I had the opportunity to lead projects on public transportation, public health, design culture, finance and education with partners such as Transport for London Jaguar Land Rover and Aalto University. I also enjoyed joining Livework Studio, a leading service design consultancy.
After spending seven years abroad (from London, Austin, Dublin, to Boston), I am now happy to be based in Montréal again.
