I am constantly seeking innovative and scalable solutions to address the key challenges of the 21st century. Right now, I am obsessed with climate change, business transformation and corporate sustainability. At ReNew, I got to sharpen my dev-consulting skills and continue my passion for learning while shaping the impact trajectory of ReNew Foundation (the philanthropic arm of ReNew Power) and the ESG agenda of ReNew Power. I was a Consultant at Sattva Consulting for three years, where I was able to garner extensive experience in delivering projects for sustainability-driven corporates, non-profits, and funders in Africa and South East Asia. My key project portfolio focussed on sustainable agriculture; PwD and gender inclusion; mHealth; environment and climate change; and livelihoods development. Prior to Sattva, I led several projects of IndoGenius, an organization that enables European, American, and Australian youth to develop 21st-century skills, using India as their classroom. I am also a Board member of the Dribble Academy Foundation, an NGO that teaches life skills to children in underserved communities through basketball coaching. My passion for basketball and social impact advisory enables me to contribute to the overall growth and impact of the organization. When I am not working, you can find me perfecting my latte art skills or practising amateur Cajon grooves. I am a commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (University of Delhi), a Young India Fellow, and an ISB PGP graduate, who is now addicted to collecting TCFD know hub badges.
