Charan Tej began his career with a love for technology following which he pursued engineering in electronics. However, a foray into the Technology Entrepreneurship Program at ISB in his early days of engineering ignited a passion for the business world. . With business dreams in the back of his mind, Charan started his professional career as a Quality Analyst at Keka Technologies where he discovered his fascination with digital products with the intersection of user-centric design and technological innovation. . Around this time, he also set out to realize his business dreams with a like-minded partner and established Shohin. The successful launch of Shohin gave him the push he needed to further pursue his interests. An MBA seemed to be the natural next step for him. . Charan, then, joined IIM Bangalore's flagship PGP Program. There, his fascination towards digital products only grew stronger motivating him to venture into the exciting world of product management. . With his ongoing MBA from IIMB, he is currently immersing himself in constant learnings and un-learnings with a specialized focus on technology strategy and product management. .
