Hello there! I'm Chandhini Balasubramaniam, a current master’s student at Imperial College Business School pursuing MSc Management. I have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from PSG College of Technology. My passion lies in using technology and data-driven insights to tackle intricate problems and create innovative solutions and positive societal change. My professional journey commenced with an internship at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where I delved into Risk Strategy Analytics. I led a project that significantly boosted automation and reduced manual work, all while utilizing Natural Language Processing techniques to extract actionable insights from customer complaints. It was an incredible opportunity to address real-world challenges and drive impactful change. I also had the privilege of interning at KPMG India, where my focus was on market research and expanding business operations. These experiences sharpened my strategic thinking and honed my skills in market analysis and project management. Beyond the classroom and the office, I'm deeply committed to giving back to the community. I volunteer with the She Can Foundation, supporting initiatives for women's empowerment and gender equality. I've also taken on leadership roles in student organizations, such as being the Secretary of my college's Finance Club and Senior Student Leader of the Event Management team at Students’ Union, where I've organized events and developed leadership skills. My technical skills encompass proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite. and I hold professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and strategy consulting.
