Chander has successfully led large-scale distribution expansions, new product introductions, business restructuring, and high-performance team development throughout his career. His leadership has contributed to the growth and profitability of top-tier organizations, including Citigroup, ICICI Group, and the Birla Group, where he was part of the executive committee and senior leadership teams. As a business consultant, he has advised companies across banking, insurance, consumer durables, microfinance, education, and services in India.
