am a Design Leader with more than 10 years of experience in design and entrepreneurship, currently the Director of Design at Coditas. I am ardent about humanizing user experiences and enabling businesses to succeed through Design Strategy. In 2012, at the age of 22, I bootstrapped SudoSaints Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a design-driven mobile app development startup that Coditas acquired in 2015. Right now, I am leading and scaling a team of passionate designers, and in the past 7 years, we have helped make Coditas an organization of 1000+ top-notch engineers and designers. Design is the fastest-growing business unit at Coditas. I started with a team of 3 designers, and we are now 80 members considering all verticals, with a healthy ratio between male & female team members. Designing the team is complex yet the most satisfying work I have done so far. It includes the entire lifecycle - from recruitment, onboarding, structuring the team, identifying and promoting leadership, and client engagement, to grooming the team and conducting training exercises. I am always looking to collaborate with companies across all scales to help them get their UX out and out. I keep educating myself and others on what design actually is, how to use it and how it is beyond certain boundaries.
