I’m a Career & Professional Growth Mentor with 13+ years of corporate experience across Quality Assurance, Project & Program Management, and global teams in the US, UK and Germany. I started my career in Quality Assurance, spending 9 years working across the end-to-end software development lifecycle and focusing on delivering quality technology products that met business needs. I later moved into Project and Program Management, leading cross-functional teams and complex initiatives. I hold a B.E. in Computer Engineering and an MBA from the University of Sheffield, UK. I’m also passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture, sustainability and volunteering.
