Hi, I'm a Program Manager at BAIF Development Research Foundation, working on the Barmer for the past 2+ years. As a Program Manager, I'm responsible for overseeing the implementation of the project and ensuring that it meets its objectives. I work closely with a team of field staff to develop and implement project activities, monitor and evaluate progress, and provide support to the community. I'm passionate about working with rural communities to help them improve their lives. I believe that everyone has the potential to thrive, and I'm committed to helping the people of Barmer achieve their full potential. I'm also a strong advocate for sustainable development. I believe that we need to find ways to meet our current needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. The Barmer Unnati project is a great example of how we can achieve sustainable development by working with communities to develop sustainable livelihoods and manage their natural resources in a sustainable way.
