Returning after a career break - Package

My expectation from this 1:1 with Chanda was this - Get my priorities for next 3-5 years in career & life validated by an industry veteran. I wasn't disappointed, it was time well spent. I could connect with Chanda, and it clearly showed that she understood my perspective and at the same time was speaking from experience. Chanda helped me identify my strengths, weaknesses, but the most helpful was validation on which of these mattered for growth in my role as a Product Manager. And while all of this happened in a short call, I want to continue speaking with her so that I can continue to build on what we have started.
