Hi there! My name is Chaitanya, and I am an Associate Product Manager at Altimetrik building the SaaS product for companies to make their employee's experience more enriching. With 2 years of experience in product management working with early-stage startups and MNCs, I have developed a strong skillset in building at scale, data-backed decision-making, and team leadership with agility. I have a proven track record of building 0 to 1 products, designed and shipped an end-to-end feature as a PM intern, and also won a "Rise and shine" award as an APM in my current organization. In my current role at Altimetrik, I am responsible for building innovative features for global employees, driving a great tech team, and connecting with multiple stakeholders to build a great user experience. I am committed to helping the product reach its Northstar status and am always searching for ways to learn new skills and technologies. In my free time, I am building a product to help students to get better career opportunities with help of free resources and mentorships.
