I’m a Self-Mastery and Relationship Coach who partners with individuals and couples to access their highest potentials, whether personal, relational or professional. Together we embark on a journey of transformation, where we will use various tools and techniques, to facilitate the expansion of your awareness and consciousness, enabling you to be more intentional with your creative faculties of thought, feeling and action. As a result, you are able to uncover and transcend reactivity, limiting- beliefs and patterns, and intentionally step into your empowered Self, life and relationships. Through my work with others, personal experience and observation, I have come to realise relationships to be the most effective and potent catalyst (and obstacle) for personal transformation and living a joyful, connected and fulfilling life. This requires relational, emotional and communication skills and competency, which forms part of what we’ll explore and cultivate in our work together.
