One is certainly welcome to skip right to this option if you know that you are in the stages of moving already, or also any other time that you have questions in which you think an hour would be best suited for you. Or if you just want to chat about Thailand, Muay Thai, how I was able to turn mental/emotional issues that I thought were disadvantages into advantages in terms of moving abroad, etc..

I am not overly concerned about time in these calls. What's most important to me is that we answer all of your questions and you end up feeling more relief than before the call. If it goes over 60 minutes, it goes over 60 minutes, no biggie :)
