Using Systems (holistic) Thinking to improve

I'm passionate about 'Systems Thinking' but realise not everyone knows what it is or how it can help!

Systems Thinking is about holistic thinking, seeing the 'bigger picture', and how by doing that, you can start to avoid unintended consequences when making decisions.

Systems Thinking considers more than just one department or one project or product, but takes into consideration everything that makes up your organisation, including all people and their perspectives, both within the organisation and your customers.

When you consider wider impacts of your actions and begin to learn about the perspectives of all those involved in your organisational 'system', you can be more confident in the effectiveness of your decisions and actions.

This call will give a high-level view of your organisation as a system and what elements of the 'whole' could be impacting innovation for you.
