Discuss ways to improve organisational culture

Do you have a sense that staff are not as engaged as they could be?

Is your organisational culture not the positive environment you would like it to be, but don't know what's missing?

I aim to establish the core elements of Trust, Transparency and Honesty as a model for engagement at all levels in an organisation. I do this through running problem discovery and solving sessions involving all staff affected and leading these sessions by demonstrating these core values in action.

When people are shown that it's safe to relax and share their organisational knowledge in a safe environment of collaboration, they experience these values in action and are encouraged to continue behaving in this changed manner.

I mentor leaders on how to model this behaviour to lead by example and grow these core values, taking the responsibility to plant these seeds and encourage them to grow throughout the organisation.
