About me

I am a founder of Careerrs Pro, a certified resume writer, and a career coach for fresh college students and working professionals. I help people land their dream jobs through numerous soft skills trainings and mentorship. Transitioning from TCS to various HR roles allowed me to explore different facets of human resources—employee engagement, talent management, and recruitment strategies became my playgrounds. Most recently, I embraced the freelance Certified Resume Writer and Career Coach role. Here, I tailor resumes that highlight clients' unique skills while optimizing their LinkedIn profiles to attract recruiters' attention. I also guide them through mock interviews, providing feedback that builds confidence as they enter the job market. As a Training and Placement Officer at Microtek College of Management & Technology, I took complete ownership of preparing students for the workforce through training sessions focused on personality development. It was incredibly rewarding to see students transform into job-ready candidates who were excited about their futures. Outside of work, I’m passionate about giving back to the community. Volunteering with organizations like Lotus Petal Foundation has allowed me to provide counseling services to students in need while raising awareness about educational programs designed to uplift them. Additionally, my fundraising efforts with CRY taught me valuable lessons about child rights issues in India—experiences that have deepened my empathy and commitment to social causes.
