About me

Ashish is a techno-manager with over 10 years of international experience currently working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) & has also worked for renowned companies like Accenture, Nokia, Tata Communications, Jakson Group & Su-Kam. He is also a Mentor of Change for Atal Innovation Mission, an initiative by NITI Aayog (the think tank of the Government of India). He became the first and only Indian to be awarded with the prestigious Paul Fletcher Award in 2014 by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)-UK at London for outstanding achievement in contributing to the activities of the IET as a volunteer. He is also the proud recipient of Karamveer Chakra Award, Ashoka Award, Noble Citizen Award & over dozens of other awards for his initiatives towards youth empowerment & CSR. He has been honored with Green Globe Award, Green India Award, Energy Contributor Award, Young India Change Maker Award for his initiatives towards green advocacy and public campaign. He is a TCS certified mentor and loves mentoring on the topics like career building, excelling corporate expectations, sustainable development, brand building, industry-specific supply chain and has been invited by over 100 colleges across India including the IIMs, IITs, DU and top Engineering colleges as a guest speaker or event judge. He is also the mentor for multiple social projects at different colleges in Delhi and has trained over thousands on solar startup opportunities. Ashish is associated with NGOs like Enactus, Energy Swaraj Foundation, The Institution of Green Engineers, Pawsters Foundation and Connecting Dreams Foundation as a volunteer and a mentor. Whilst finishing his B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Ashish pursued a Certification Program in Business Management from the prestigious IIT Bombay. He holds multiple certifications in different domains like digital marketing, supply chain, quality, lean Six Sigma etc. He has visited over 50 manufacturing factories including Indian Railways, Tata Motors, ITC, Bajaj & Spark Minda to understand the best manufacturing practices, process optimization and people management. Due to his vibrant profile, Ashish holds a strong professional and social network of people. He loves traveling and has traveled across 20 states of India and 4 countries abroad.
