Over the last four years of my professional life, I have driven engagement both internal and external stakeholders and created business strategies that help in making company-wide decisions which i did before my masters, now I've been utilizing my previous skillset to capitalize and grow products and services with the application of Design thinking process. With a keen eye for detail, operations and community building I believe in making a difference through communication and content across various cross-functions. Multitasking abilities for management of the entire project and the product with best practices in the most not so orthodox manner always keeps me and the team working together in harmony and deliver effectively. What did Masters in Design Management teach me? With a portfolio ranging from Strategy development and implementation, Digital transformation, business plan, pitch decks, Design Research, Service Design, User journey mapping, problem-solving, user interviews, primary research, information architecture, product design (digital) having said that my Bachelors in Business Administrations taught me Consumer Psychology, Event Design, Experience design, Revenue and Management, Operations and Negotiations. I’ve always been a big people person who loves making new friends. This skill proves invaluable, enabling me to develop broad networks of contacts and maximize customer satisfaction. An avid learner, traveller, adventurist, a critical thinker who takes calculated decisions and believes in mutual growth.
