About me
Raising your first round is mostly guesswork.
You do not know which investors actually fund companies like yours. You do not know what cheque size they write or what stage they come in at. And when you finally find the right name, your cold email lands in an inbox with three hundred others and never gets opened.
Capitall fixes that.
Tell us what you are building, and we show you:
Your real competitors, including the ones you have not heard of yet
The VCs and angel investors who put money into those competitors
What each investor actually writes, how they prefer to be approached, and which stage they invest at
A founder in that investor's portfolio who went to your college or worked at your company, so you can ask for a warm intro instead of sending a cold email
That last part is the one that changes outcomes. Investors get hundreds of emails a week and reply to very few. An introduction from someone already in their portfolio gets read. A cold email usually does not.
We built this because we have seen both sides of the table. Our team worked inside venture funds as analysts, sitting in founder meetings, building the market sizing, and writing the investment memos that decided who got funded and who got a polite no. We know what happens after a founder leaves the room, and almost no founder ever finds out.
Capitall is built specifically for people raising for the first time. If you have already raised three rounds, you have the network. If you have not, this is the network.
We also publish everything we know about fundraising on YouTube, including the parts investors would rather you did not see. Search for Capitall.
