Founder of MVPz - a mobile based sports trading card game that enables NCAA student athletes to monetize their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) How I got here... After graduating, my career path diverged from sports to blockchain, to the point that I was working in the sports industry solely to indulge my passion for sports. In 2015 I discovered Bitcoin and blockchain technology following a conversation about the decentralization of money. Since then, I have been a strong advocate for the industry, backing projects that I believe will bring genuine benefits to society, while strongly criticizing the many bad actors in the space. I have formed my investment thesis with significant retrospect while taking inspiration from books, most notably The Intelligent Investor and Zero to One. I value projects that are transparent about their ethos, challenges, and time horizons. I aim to replicate these values in my own business. My journey as an entrepreneur has only just begun but it has been in the making for a while, having explored numerous business ventures over the years. As an ambitious realist, I find balance in my decision making by being open to ideas and opportunities but actively seeking to scrutinize their viability before pursuing them with conviction. I am well aware of own my limitations, but what I do have is an ability to identify the value of others and bring them together to work towards a common goal.
