DTAAs and OECD commentary, International case laws of International tax courts, Mergers and Acquisitions transactions, Responding to domestic or international media queries, BEPS, MLI are some of my daily things. I started with the FLA filings and advisory on permanent establishment exposures and gradually got to work upon a variety of assignments which ranges from cross border tax structuring, ESOP advisory, India entry strategy for USA/UK based MNCs, Tax advisory for one of the famous International NGOs, price setting exercises for one of the largest ed-tech group in the UK, tax due diligence of listed companies and unlisted companies, slump sale transactions, transactions related to mergers and acquisitions, efficient tax structuring for cryptocurrency exchanges in or outside India, advisory on expat taxation for the USA, UK, Japan, etc. expatriates, year-end tax provisioning work for USA based MNCs having their presence in India, lower withholding certificates for NRIs and corporates, form 15CA CB for variety of payments from a simple social security fund transfer, sale of property by a non-resident, cryptocurrencies to an advanced remittance of transfer pricing recharges between MNEs. In addition to all of these, examining the cross border transactions from the foreign exchange regulations perspective have been worked upon as well.
