From managing the treasury at Tata Power to mastering hedge fund accounting at NAV, I’ve seen the highs, lows, and complexities of the corporate world. But what truly shaped me wasn’t just the numbers—it was the stories behind them. The untold challenges, the silent politics, and the power of a good work culture. As a Chartered Accountant, my journey has led me to two passions: 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀. I understand the financial struggles employees face, and I know the impact of workplace dynamics on personal and professional growth.
