I am Bhavya Kothary, a Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in finance, operations, and leadership. My journey began at Deloitte, where I had the privilege of leading a dynamic team in executing successful statutory audits for MNCs across multiple industries. During my tenure, I not only ensured financial compliance but also had the opportunity to mentor and train the talented professionals under my supervision. My career path then led me to Nomura(Japanese Investment Bank), where I worked as a Senior Analyst. In this role, I made significant contributions to P&L reporting and trade analysis, further enhancing my financial acumen and analytical skills. Alongside Nomura, inspired by my passion for entrepreneurship, I co-founded Artisaga Enterprises, a venture dedicated to empowering Indian artisans through the online marketplace. While Artisaga was on an exciting growth trajectory, I made the difficult decision to exit the business due to personal reasons. This experience taught me valuable lessons in resilience, adaptability, and the intricacies of running a startup. Currently, I am pursuing a PGP in Tech and Business Management, building on my diverse background to bridge the gap between technology and business strategy.
