Abhishek is a qualified Chartered Accountant(CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Currently based in Ahmedabad, Abhishek has worked with renowned consulting firms including Udyen Jain & Associates, Pune; SKP (Nexdigm) - Pune; EY Bengaluru & KPSA, Ahmedabad. Abhishek’s 9 years of rich consulting experience (post CA qualification) includes providing advisory services in the field of Indian Transfer Pricing, International Tax as also advising various Promoters for decision making at strategic level in various areas such as business structuring, acquisitions, mergers & cross-border transactions. Abhishek also possesses an in-depth experience in assisting the clients with respect to their transfer pricing compliance as also audits/scrutiny, before various levels of Indian Income-tax authorities.
