Twenty years' experience in Digital Transformation and Information Technology (IT) executive leadership with Microsoft, IBM, National Grid, U.S. Bank, Samsung, and Raytheon. Built and grew platforms reaching 20+ million customers, annual budgets of $150M, organizations over 1,000 developers, and direct orgs over 100+. Fortunate to build the #1 mobile banking app for U.S. Bank, in-app direct-to-customer sales for Samsung, and smart electric grid with actionable insights for National Grid. 🙌 WHY I am blessed to serve others. Cut capacity cost 70% and matured offshore model from 0% offshore in 2018 to 83% offshore in 2020.
