I am an Executive Transformation Coach with more than 20 years of global HR leadership experience across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Throughout my career, I have supported leaders through major transformations, M&A integrations, career transitions, organizational change and complex people decisions. I understand the realities of leadership because I have experienced them firsthand—not only as a coach, but also as a senior executive. I work best with leaders who are navigating a career transition, stepping into a bigger role, strengthening their confidence and executive presence, leading through ambiguity or making an important professional decision. I completed my Executive Transformation Coach training with TPC Leadership and am currently completing the coaching-experience hours required for my ICF credential.
