TL;DR I specialise in identifying and solving the highest leverage problems that unlock the most value for the user, and consequently the business. Details: A versatile generalist across AI, marketing, product, analytics and ops orgs with a strong focus on growth. Last gig was in the core team at Nas Academy, reporting to the CEO, helping lead global marketing and shape that product that eventually led to 100K content creators, Web3 enthusiasts and startup founders across 120 countries, learning the skills needed on the internet. Perosnally, most proud of building StanPlus, India's largest medical response brand, led the turn around from survival to sustainability. ~5X revenue growth, positive EBIDTA, org development support from 30 to 200+ sized team.
