This was my first time speaking with someone I didn’t know personally about my career, and Akash was genuinely one of the most helpful people I’ve met. What was supposed to be a 30-minute conversation turned into more than an hour because he was so invested in helping me. He took the time to review my resume, LinkedIn profile, and even the Google role I had applied for. He gave honest feedback on areas I could improve, suggested certifications and skills to focus on, and shared insights from his own career journey. What stood out the most was that he even shared the resume that helped him land his role and offered to support me in the future if I needed guidance. There was absolutely no obligation for him to do any of that, which made it all the more meaningful. People who genuinely take time out of their day to help others without expecting anything in return are rare. Akash is one of those people, and I'm really grateful for his advice and encouragement.
